Role Description:
Leads the creation, production, and quality of all chocolate products, combining technical expertise with creative innovation. This role oversees daily operations, develops new recipes, and ensure consistent excellence across all products while training and mentoring the team to uphold the highest standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chocolatier or in chocolate production leadership minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques (tempering, moulding, coating, filling, enrobing etc.)
- Develop new chocolate recipes, flavours, and product lines, improve existing recipes for quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Solid experience in production planning, scheduling, and operational management.
- Proficiency in production management methods and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
