Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver quality meals for patients, guests and hospital staff.

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily kitchen operations, food preparation and service.

Plan menus and maintain consistent taste, portions and presentation.

Train, coach and develop your culinary team.

Manage inventory, purchasing, production and waste to control costs.

Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.

Partner with leadership to improve service and guest satisfaction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Five or more years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.

Strong hands-on cooking and team leadership skills.

High-volume foodservice experience highly desirable.

Knowledge of food production, sanitation, presentation and cost controls.

Catering and batch cooking experience a plus.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computer-based tools.

ServSafe certification highly desirable.
