المهام الوظيفية :
تطوير قوائم الطعام: ابتكار أطباق مبتكرة وعالية الجودة تتماشى مع طابع المطعم يفضل من لديه خبرة بالمطبخ العربي في العموم / المطبخ اليمني علي وجه الخصوص
القدرة علي تقديم التقارير اليومية / الاسبوعية / الشهرية
إدارة الموظفين: توظيف وتدريب والإشراف على موظفي المطبخ لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
مراقبة الجودة: ضمان استيفاء الطعام لأعلى معايير الجودة من حيث المذاق والتقديم والنظافة والحفاظ علي طابع المكان
إدارة المخزون والميزانية: إدارة تكاليف الطعام، وطلب اللوازم، والحفاظ على مستويات المخزون.
التعاون: العمل مع مديري المطاعم لتحديد الأسعار وتحسين رضا العملاء.
الامتثال: الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة في المطبخ.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Creating innovative, high-quality dishes that align with the restaurant's theme. Preference for experience in Arabic cuisine in general and Yemeni cuisine in particular.
Reporting Skills: Ability to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on kitchen operations.
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Quality Control: Ensuring food meets high standards in taste, presentation, cleanliness, and maintains the restaurant's unique identity.
Inventory & Budgeting: Managing food costs, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels efficiently.
Collaboration: Working closely with restaurant managers to set pricing and enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations in the kitchen
