Executive Business Administration

Overview

• Execute company formations across UAE Mainland (DED), Freezones, and offshore jurisdictions (DMCC, IFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, JAFZA, Ajman), including Holding companies and SPVs.
• Handle Mainland setup processes including DED licensing, initial approvals, trade name reservations, MOA notarization, and Ejari / tenancy requirements.
• Process company amendments such as share transfers, share capital increases, and changes to shareholders and officers.
• Draft and prepare corporate and legal documents including Resolutions, Power of Attorney (POA), and amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA/AOA).
• Manage license renewals, prepare quotations, and oversee the full renewal lifecycle for client entities across both Mainland and Freezone.
• Handle customs code applications, renewals, and CDR account setups in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage visa applications including Employee, Investor, and Golden Visa, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, Freezone relationship managers, and government departments, providing responsive client support.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital records of corporate and client documentation.
