Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and supplier reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of PO and non‐PO invoice workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full accounts payable cycle, including receipt, verification, and posting of invoices.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Process PO‐based invoices ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal policies.
  • Handle non‐PO invoice processing, validating supporting documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to address invoice and payment issues.
  • Prepare and reconcile AP aging reports and month‐end closing schedules.
  • Assist in audit preparation by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
