Role overview
Supports the manager at an exhibitions and events company specializing in turnkey event solutions, interior fit-outs, and custom exhibition stands.
Responsibilities
- Manage the manager’s daily schedule, meetings, site visits, and client consultations.
- Coordinate between management, exhibition designers, production crews, and clients.
- Prepare proposals, meeting minutes, emails, and project paperwork.
- Organize travel itineraries and venue bookings; coordinate schedules during exhibition build periods.
- Maintain confidential records, track deadlines, and help ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Native or highly fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and discretion.
- Administrative, secretarial, or executive assistant experience may be with or without prior experience.
- Events, exhibitions, or interior design experience is an advantage.
- Arabic or other languages are a plus; immediate availability is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly pay is QAR 2,000–3,000.
- Accommodation and transportation allowances are offered.
- Employment visa and corporate benefits are provided as per Qatar labor law.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
