As

Executive Assistant to the CEO

, you will be based in our Dubai head office and play a critical role in supporting the Executive Office and enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide high-level strategic and administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and executive operations across multiple regions.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and business acumen, as you will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the UAE, Africa, and international offices to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Experience working in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the CEO’s complex calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups across departments and regional offices.
  • Organize executive, leadership, and board meetings, including agendas, documentation, and minutes.
  • Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Support strategic initiatives driven by the CEO and monitor progress of key projects.
  • Assist in preparing executive dashboards and performance tracking reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action points arising from leadership meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the Executive Office when required.
