What Will You Do

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

Executive Support

  • Provide dedicated
  • administrative support to the CEO, including proactive calendar
  • management, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external
  • meetings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison
  • and point of contact between executives, senior leadership, and key
  • stakeholders.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage
  • correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf
  • of the executive team.
  • Ensure the executives are
  • well-prepared for meetings by compiling agendas, supporting documents, and
  • post-meeting follow-up on action items.

Operational Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and manage
  • complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights,
  • accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain organized records
  • of documents, contracts, and reports to ensure accuracy, confidentiality,
  • and easy accessibility.
  • Coordinate and support the
  • planning of corporate events, off-site meetings, and internal functions
  • for the executive office.
  • Oversee administrative
  • processes such as expense reporting, attendance tracking, and procurement
  • for the executive office.

Project And Communication Management

  • Support the execution of
  • strategic initiatives and special projects, conducting research and
  • preparing reports or presentations as required.
  • Facilitate effective
  • communication within the executive office and across departments, ensuring
  • alignment and timely dissemination of information.
  • Maintain strict
  • confidentiality and discretion in handling all business, personnel, and
  • strategic matters.

  • Maintain a high standard of
  • personal appearance and conduct, serving as a role model within the
  • organization.
  • Attend required meetings,
  • briefings, and training sessions as directed by management.

  • improvement by proactively suggesting enhancements to processes, systems,
  • and office efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with
  • colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations and
  • exceptional service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

  • The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
  • Proven experience as an
  • Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level
  • administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational,
  • time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage
  • competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal
  • communication skills, with professional business correspondence etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
  • Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with
  • digital collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to
  • exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in complex
  • scheduling and international travel coordination.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred;
  • equivalent experience may be considered.
