We are looking for a sharp, self-starting EA and Office Manager to sit alongside the Horizon Digital leadership team and keep everything running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who anticipates what is needed before it is asked, brings energy and professionalism in equal measure, and has a background in marketing or PR.

About Horizon Digital
Horizon Digital is a Perth-based AI and custom software consultancy of around 70 people.
We are an AWS Generative AI Competency Partner, delivering AI and integrated software for Tier One Australian enterprises across mining, energy, finance, healthcare, and government.
We build production-grade AI, not prototypes that go nowhere.
The Role
You will be embedded with the management team on St Georges Terrace, working closely with leadership day to day.
The role spans executive support, office operations, and external-facing content, so no two weeks look the same.
What You Will Do
- Managing executive calendars, travel bookings, flights, and accommodation
- Coordinating catering for internal and client-facing events
- Leading the planning and delivery of the office opening event
- Producing digital testimonials and supporting case study development
- Managing office operations. Cleaners, fridge stock, supplies, and anything else that keeps the place running
- Supporting marketing and PR activity as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Proven EA or office management experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Confident and self-sufficient. You will not need hand-holding to get things done
- Background in marketing, PR, or communications
- Comfortable owning logistics end to end, from initial brief to delivery
- Professional, discreet, and genuinely good with people
- Nice to Have
- Exposure to a professional services or tech environment
- Experience producing client-facing content or social media copy
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or similar
