The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to senior executives or business leaders.
The role ensures efficient daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling key administrative tasks with accuracy and discretion.

π Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
π Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
π Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence
π Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
π Support daily administrative and operational activities
π Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
π Improve time efficiency and workflow organization
π Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders

Organize meetings, appointments, and priorities efficiently.
