This role ensures the smooth management of schedules, communications, meetings, and daily activities, allowing executives to focus on strategic priorities and business objectives.
The position involves managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant acts as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
A key responsibility includes handling correspondence, emails, phone calls, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
The role ensures that communications are properly managed and that important matters receive timely attention.
