This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership at My Infra Sage.
The role involves managing calendars and diaries, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating personal and professional commitments.
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will handle clerical tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining records, managing emails, and tracking follow-ups.
The position includes acting as a communication point of contact, preparing briefings, and ensuring timely execution of tasks and priorities.
The role requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to work independently while providing consistent, high-quality support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including managing personal tasks, handling confidential information, and organizing daily priorities.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting senior leaders, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email and message handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management abilities, including calendar coordination, scheduling, and reminder management.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and file organization.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong time management, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, calendar applications), and experience in remote work environments.
- A background in administration, business support, or related fields, and prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, is highly advantageous.
