This full-time remote Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role at Centro Universitário de Santa Fé do Sul focuses on providing high-level administrative and personal support to senior leadership.
The role includes managing calendars and schedules, organizing virtual meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will handle email and correspondence, maintain confidential records, and support daily decision-making with timely information.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including discretion, organization, and proactive support in daily tasks.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing professional documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and managing time-sensitive commitments.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document handling, data entry, record keeping, and basic office software proficiency.
- Experience working remotely, with strong time management and self-organization abilities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email platforms, video conferencing, spreadsheets, and word processing software).
- Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles, preferably supporting senior leadership or academic institutions.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
