Role Description
This full-time remote Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role supports senior leadership with high-level administrative and personal coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
The role also involves handling email and phone communications, prioritizing requests, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will coordinate tasks across departments, assist with special projects, and provide proactive support to help leaders stay organized and focused on strategic priorities, all while reflecting Wind Creek Aruba’s values of excellence, integrity, and positive energy.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leaders with complex, high-volume tasks.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective Diary Management and scheduling skills to organize calendars, meetings, travel, and key deadlines.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office, calendar tools).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, demonstrate sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, or service-oriented industries is beneficial, as is familiarity with international or cross-cultural work settings.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
