Role Description
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.
This full-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars and schedules, organizing meetings and travel, handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
The role also involves coordinating personal tasks for executives, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on priorities.
The successful candidate will anticipate needs, safeguard confidentiality, and help optimize the executives’ time and focus.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including handling personal tasks, coordinating appointments, and supporting daily routines.
- Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with expertise in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with professional email etiquette and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing commitments, and managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and accurate record keeping.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., email platforms, calendars, word processing and spreadsheets).
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or business owners, ideally in a growth-oriented or mission-driven organization.
- Relevant education in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
