High-trust, hands-on role supporting senior leadership as the operational backbone.
Manage calendars, coordinate across time zones, handle logistics, and own day-to-day administrative tasks.
Based in India or Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leaders.
- Work with other EAs to align schedules and cross-functional coordination.
- Anticipate needs, manage follow-ups, and flag conflicts.
- Build structure, processes, and systems that scale.
- Automate and streamline repetitive work using AI and productivity tooling.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and broader teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational skills managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Comfortable supporting a wider team and flexing between priorities.
- Personable and relationship-building.
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- High personal standards.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel globally about 40% of the time.
