  • Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Executive Office in Dubai, the Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Executive Office, ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and seamless day-to-day operations in line with luxury hospitality standards. Executive Assistant reports to the General Manager.
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal requirements, ethical standards, and operational guidelines while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Protect confidential information and ensure responsible use of systems, technology, and resources at all times.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with People & Culture strategies.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, communications, reports, and executive office coordination.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders and supporting leadership activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, VIP engagements, and guest interactions with discretion and excellence, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and business initiatives.
