Full-time, on-site Executive Assistant position based in Dubai providing comprehensive support to company leadership.

Manage calendars and emails; coordinate meetings and travel; prepare expense reports, executive documents, briefings, and presentations.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate projects, handle confidential information discreetly, and help maintain an organized office environment.

Strong executive and administrative assistance skills, including calendar management and office organization.
Executive support capabilities, including briefing preparation, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
Clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder interaction.
Time management, prioritization, productivity-tool proficiency, and experience supporting senior leaders are beneficial.
A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree and experience in an executive assistant or similar role are preferred.
