Strategic and Business Support
- Partner with the Managing Director on strategic priorities, business reviews, and key initiatives.
- Track and drive execution of critical projects, action plans, and organizational goals.
- Prepare executive briefings, management presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Conduct business, market, competitor, and operational analysis.
Management Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and consolidate MIS, dashboards, and leadership reports.
- Analyze financial, operational, project, sales, and business performance metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into concise management summaries.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across Sales, Projects, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Service teams.
- Follow up on commitments, milestones, and leadership actions.
- Ensure timely execution of decisions across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably a Managing Director, CEO, or Business Head.
- Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, EPC, project-driven, or technology organizations.
- Exposure to multinational and multicultural work environments.
- Strong business, financial, and operational understanding.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- High ownership, follow-through, and execution capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with global leadership teams.
- Exposure to project management, business transformation, or strategic planning initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence without formal authority.
Compensation
- Pay is up to ₹1,200,000 per year.
