Overview

Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and alignment with priorities.

Arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries based on the Managing Directors preferences and business needs.

Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Managing Director.

Meeting Coordination and Support: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including room setup, agenda preparation, and coordination of materials.

Take minutes and maintain records of meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.

Information Management: Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Organize and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-maintenance, and workspace organization.

Co-ordinate office logistics and ensure a professional and efficient office environment.
