- Noemon Finance Ltd (CySEC CIF 449/24) is hiring a senior Execution & Investment Advice Lead.
- The seat sits across the investment business and weights heavily onto the crypto book, with bond and FX exposure managed alongside it.
- We are looking for one of two profiles.
- Crypto .
- Direct dealing experience inside a regulated VASP or CASP.
- Settlement, pre-funding, credit lines, Travel Rule compliance, client onboarding under MiCA, working with prime brokers, and operating across OMS and PMS infrastructure.
- Institutional venue experience, not retail.
- Bonds or FX .
- Time spent on a trading or coverage desk in the City of London or on Wall Street.
- FX here means spot, forwards, and derivatives executed and settled in the interbank market.
- FX CFD experience does not qualify.
- Bond coverage means institutional flow across primary, secondary, and repo.
- Three non-negotiables:
- Seven years in the relevant vertical, on the desk.
- CySEC Advanced Examination passed, certificate in hand at the point of application.
- you can be based in the UAE, but we will cover weekly trip to Nicosia for at least 2 days a week and a longer period per month as needed
