Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive **Events & Client Services Coordinator** to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, client communication, and event coordination, and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming event and wedding enquiries
- Research prospective clients and business opportunities
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Manage administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain accurate customer and event records
- Support the events and customer service teams
- Follow up on leads and client requests
Requirements
✔ Excellent typing speed (60+ WPM preferred)
✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✔ Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
✔ Experience with customer service, events, or administration is an advantage
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
