  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing events, executive events, or experiential marketing programs.
  • Experience managing high-profile third-party conferences and executive hospitality programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of event strategy, not just event execution.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing $300,000+ event budgets
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30%, including multi-day event support.
