About This Role

Job Title – Events/Exhibition Coordinator (French/Arabic Speakers)

Duration – Perm

Work Location – Abu Dhabi

Mandatory – 3-5 years’ experience in event coordination or exhibition management, French/Arabic Speakers are mandatory, Valid UAE DL is preferred

We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and international business events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Manage exhibition booths, branding, logistics, suppliers, and event setup.
  • Coordinate with venues, organizers, hotels, contractors, and vendors.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation, and schedules for guests and delegations.
  • Prepare event agendas, presentations, invitations, and reports.
  • Support on-site event operations and ensure successful event delivery.
  • Track registrations, payments, permits, deadlines, and exhibitor requirements.
  • Collaborate with management, marketing, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of event coordination or exhibition management experience.
  • Proven experience with international exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with branding production, suppliers, and event logistics.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
