We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and international business events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Manage exhibition booths, branding, logistics, suppliers, and event setup.
- Coordinate with venues, organizers, hotels, contractors, and vendors.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation, and schedules for guests and delegations.
- Prepare event agendas, presentations, invitations, and reports.
- Support on-site event operations and ensure successful event delivery.
- Track registrations, payments, permits, deadlines, and exhibitor requirements.
- Collaborate with management, marketing, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of event coordination or exhibition management experience.
- Proven experience with international exhibitions and trade shows.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with branding production, suppliers, and event logistics.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
