Events Coordinator/Events Host or Entertainer

About This Role

Job Summary:
The Events Coordinator / Host is responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting children’s events, including birthday parties, themed activities, and group bookings. The role ensures that all events run smoothly, are engaging, and provide a fun, safe, and memorable experience for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute children’s events such as birthday parties and special activities
• Host and lead events with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Engage children through games, storytelling, and interactive activities
• Ensure all event setups are completed on time (decorations, materials, party rooms)
• Coordinate with internal teams (play area staff, F&B, reception) for smooth event flow
• Welcome guests and assist parents with event details and requirements
• Monitor children’s safety and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events
• Assist in promoting packages, upselling services, and enhancing guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, childcare, or entertainment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, friendly, and passionate about working with children
• Ability to multitask and handle events under pressure
• Creative mindset for organizing fun and engaging activities
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
