Role overview

Event coordination

• Meet group coordinators or hosts before functions, make introductions, and confirm arrangements.
• Review banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup, timelines, guest needs, buffets, and action stations.
• Respond to special banquet event requests and follow up to ensure arrangements are met.

Service and safety duties

• Follow company, safety, and security procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Maintain positive working relationships, support shared goals, and meet quality expectations.
• Read and visually verify information and inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is specified.
