Role overview
Hybrid role combining event coordination with creative and design responsibilities.
The role suits a candidate who can develop an idea from concept through execution and has experience in events, interior design, spatial design, graphic design, or a related creative field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing private and corporate events.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, event layouts, and visual presentations.
- Assist in designing event spaces, backdrops, stages, installations, and styling concepts.
- Create presentations, proposals, and simple graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, florists, furniture suppliers, and other vendors.
- Attend site visits, installations, and event setups; ensure final execution matches the approved concept.
- Assist with sourcing materials, décor, furniture, and event-related items.
- Create and organize visual content, Reels, Stories, and event coverage for social media.
- Manage multiple projects and assist with day-to-day event operations.
Ideal candidate
- Background in event management, interior design, graphic design, spatial design, or a related creative field.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of colour, scale, composition, and space.
- Comfortable using online and graphic design platforms.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and supplier coordination skills.
- Flexible hours may be required for event installations and setups.
Preferred qualifications
- Social media and content creation experience is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Hybrid role in Dubai; event site visits, installations, and setups are part of the work.
