Ribambelle Dubai is looking for a driven and energetic **Events and Sales Manager** to join our growing team.
If you have a passion for hospitality, events, and sales, and enjoy building relationships with clients while creating unforgettable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive event sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
- Conduct venue tours and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales, kids events, hospitality sales, or event management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
- Passionate, proactive, and customer-focused.
