Role Overview
NXT Interactive is looking for a proactive and reliable Event Support Executive to assist in the execution of interactive and tech-enabled event experiences.
This is a contract-based role requiring flexibility, mobility, and hands-on support during event setups and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event setup, execution, and teardown
- Assist with installation and troubleshooting of interactive and IoT-based solutions
- Coordinate on-ground logistics and ensure smooth event operations
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors during live events
- Travel to event locations as required
Requirements
- Basic understanding of **IoT (Internet of Things)** systems and event tech setups
- Ability to communicate in **spoken Arabic and English**
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Prior experience in events, activations, or technical support is a plus
Additional Information
- This is a **1-month contract role**, with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements
- Candidates must be available for **flexible working hours**, including evenings and weekends during event days
