Role Summary
The Event Support & Digital Marketing Executive will support the planning, execution, and promotion of corporate events while driving the digital presence across social media platforms.
This role blends hands-on event coordination with creative digital marketing execution, ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement, and impact across all touchpoints.
1. Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, airshows, exhibitions, and internal engagements.
- Coordinate logistics including vendor liaison, branding materials, event collateral, and on-site support.
- Support pre-event, on-ground, and post-event activities, including content capture and reporting.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all event materials and displays.
2. Digital Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Support digital campaigns promoting events, milestones, missions, and corporate initiatives.
- Assist with basic graphic coordination, video snippets, captions, and storytelling aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and prepare engagement and reach reports.
- Maintain digital asset libraries including photos, videos, and marketing collateral.
3. Content Development & Campaign Support
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality media assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and special initiatives.
- Track and report key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and guide strategy improvements.
- Support influencer partnerships, co-marketing campaigns, and special projects.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with communications, commercial, and operations teams to align messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and event partners as required.
- Produce regular reports on social media performance, engagement trends, and audience insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize content and campaign strategy.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in aviation, travel, or logistics sectors.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Familiarity with video editing, graphic design, and multimedia content production is a plus.
