Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, build client relationships, and manage sales from prospecting through closing.
- Conduct client meetings; prepare proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams on delivery of event and branding solutions.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report insights to leadership.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills focused on new business and client retention.
- Experience with client relationships, presenting solutions, handling objections, and contract negotiation in B2B or events/marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparing proposals, sales materials, and reports.
- Ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and event teams and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
- Three to four years of experience in events, branding, marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 8,000 plus commission.
Workplace
- Hybrid arrangement with some work from home; position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
