Role overview
Like Bricks seeks an Event Sales Specialist in Dubai to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for children's birthday parties and events.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Handle inquiries and follow up with sales leads.
- Present event packages, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Manage leads and customer information in CRM software.
- Build client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations to support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in Dubai, UAE, is mandatory.
- Strong CRM expertise and lead management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Good command of English and current UAE residency are required.
- Event sales experience is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,500 per month plus commission.
