About This Role

Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Management Sales Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships for our growing event management business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and possess a proven track record in sales and business development within the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with event management teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end operational planning for events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Manage production, logistics, technical setup, and on‑site coordination
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and production partners
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and operational planning meetings
  • Oversee event staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure operational feasibility
  • Implement operational SOPs, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or agency sales
  • Proven track record of closing medium–large events
  • Strong network in Jeddah/Riyadh
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
