Overview:
Collective Cultr is a growing creative platform focused on music, culture, digital content, and live events. We are looking for a driven and well-connected individual to join our team in a commission-based role, helping us secure and coordinate events within the UAE’s music and entertainment scene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure event opportunities, partnerships, and bookings
- Connect with venues, brands, and promoters to pitch Collective Cultr events
- Assist in planning and coordinating music events (online and offline)
- Support event promotion and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to grow our presence in the UAE events and nightlife space
Compensation:
- 20% commission on each successfully secured event
Work Schedule:
- Part-time (up to 28 hours per week)
- Fully remote with flexible working hours (no fixed schedule)
Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Interest or experience in music, events, nightlife, or entertainment industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in event management, sales, or promotions
- Existing network within UAE venues, clubs, or entertainment industry
