- Manage incoming event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate all aspects of private events, including menus, seating, décor, and timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and repeat guests
- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase the venue
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders
- Track sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media campaigns related to events
