We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the events and exhibitions sector.
The role involves leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies within the events and exhibitions sector.
Identify target markets and attract new clients.
Lead, train, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients.
Oversee collections and ensure timely payments.
Prepare periodic reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in exhibitions and events management (mandatory).
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent Arabic and very good English.
Valid driver’s license.
