We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Event Planning & Design Manager to join our team.
This role requires someone with strong coordination, planning, and client-handling skills — not a general admin profile.
You must come from an events background with hands-on experience managing premium or luxury events.
What You Will Do
- Manage full event timelines from concept to execution.
- Lead professional communication with clients from A to Z.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams.
- Develop lookbooks, mood boards, and event concepts with the design team.
- Oversee logistics, production schedules, and event operations.
- Take full responsibility for on-site setup, styling, and execution.
- Ensure all details align with high-end event standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury events, weddings, or corporate events.
- Strong project management, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Excellent client-handling and communication abilities.
- Creative eye for design and event styling.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
