Proven ability to lead crews of 5–20+ people with

confidence and accountability.

Strong organizational and communication skills — clients,

crews, and vendors all get clarity from you.

Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, including

early mornings and weekends during peak season.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — you lead

diverse crews and keep everyone on the same page.

Valid driver's license required.
