Events & Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Events & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be a proactive professional with a strong background in event management, marketing support, and government relations, capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of events from initial concept through to successful completion
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives
- Liaise with government entities to ensure seamless coordination and compliance for official and formal events
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Develop innovative and creative event concepts while upholding the highest standards of delivery and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, budgeting, and on-site management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, organizing, and coordination
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in managing government-related events and official functions
- Established network and solid working relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and taking initiative
- Strong cultural awareness and adept social and networking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR7,500.00 per month
