Event Coordinator Executive (Female – Arabic Speaker)

Modee Designs Hub is seeking a professional and presentable **Event Coordinator Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and well-organized experience for our visitors, ensuring smooth coordination between guests and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear and accurate information about the Hub, its experiences, and offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless visitor experiences
- Assist in organizing and managing daily bookings, workshops, and events
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality at all times
Requirements
- Female, Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is preferred
