Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project / Event Coordinator (Male)**to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and project activities.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and successful event implementation within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate day-to-day project and event activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences.
· Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met.
· Liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers for logistics, procurement, and setup requirements.
· Prepare project documentation, reports, checklists, and status updates.
· Support on-site event operations including setup, coordination, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
· Maintain effective communication with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and event specifications.
Requirements
· Proven experience in event coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in corporate/government events, exhibitions, or conferences.
· Vendor management and negotiation skills.
