Event Bartender

Proof of the Pudding has spent the past four decades providing innovative menus, services, design expertise and event experiences to clients in Sports & Entertainment.

We are partnered with the Phillies providing elevated food service in the Press/Media area and Executive Dining location.

We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join the Proof of the Pudding team at Citizens Bank Park.

This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by events.

• Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/break down responsibilities.
• Sets bar up in a timely manner.
• Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
• Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.
• Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.
• Provides accurate and timely service.
• Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
• Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received.

Performs other related duties as required.
