Role Overview

Supports audiovisual operations, live streaming, video production, and event delivery across Visa.

Works with senior event operations and video production colleagues to deliver meetings, broadcasts, and AV-enabled experiences.

Hands-on, customer-facing role involving event logistics, on-site support, real-time AV troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV, conferencing, streaming, and production equipment for meetings, events, broadcasts, and hybrid experiences.
  • Support live streaming and video production; conduct pre-event technical checks, risk assessments, and equipment readiness reviews.
  • Assist with event plans, timelines, checklists, run-of-show documentation, budgets, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as vendors, venues, equipment, transportation, room layouts, seating, lighting, AV requirements, permits, licenses, and documentation.
  • Support site visits, venue inspections, event setup, live execution, and post-event breakdown; provide on-site support to stakeholders, presenters, vendors, and attendees.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm requirements, manage risks, resolve issues, and align event delivery.
  • Gather feedback and lessons learned and improve AV operations, event processes, documentation, playbooks, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of AV operations and event support experience, with a proven record of supporting successful events.
  • Experience with live streaming and video production is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cameras, microphones, lighting, projectors, displays, and related production technologies.
  • Experience with video conferencing, collaboration, and streaming platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, or similar.
  • Understanding of H.264, H.265, AAC, Dolby Digital, RTMP, HLS, DASH, HD, Full HD, and 4K standards.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, venues, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Work Environment

  • The role includes on-site technical and operational support, venue inspections, event setup, live execution, and breakdown.
