• Review and process
• contractor and vehicle access pass applications
• through the Contractor+ portal.
• Verify submitted documents and
• approve, reject, or request additional information
• as required.
• Monitor incoming applications and emails related to access requests and
• respond to contractor queries
• in a timely manner.
• Generate and maintain
• daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• on contractor access, vehicle entries, PPE sales, and revenue.
• Conduct
• random inspections of passes within the venue
• to ensure compliance and address misuse if identified.
• Provide
• Contractor+ system training
• to exhibitors, contractors, and internal departments when required.
• Coordinate with
• internal teams, exhibitors, contractors, and subcontractors
• to facilitate smooth venue access and operations.
• Support
• customer service and operational coordination
• by handling calls and email queries related to access and accreditation.
• Ensure
• accurate documentation, compliance with venue policies, and smooth event operations
• through effective administrative support.
