**Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and determine sales potential for products.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members to maximize their performance.
- Set sales quotas and targets, providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Motivate the sales team and provide coaching to ensure they meet or exceed goals.
- Manage the entire sales process and operations to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, compile performance reports, and forecast sales.
- Adjust sales plans and processes as needed to improve effectiveness and achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Work to acquire new customers and maximize customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
