ETP Specialist

The Opportunity

• The Exchange Traded Fund Specialist (“ETF Specialist”) will work in a small client-oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail).
• The primary responsibilities are to receive, review, and authorize institutional orders while also performing daily reconciliations and reporting.
• The individual in this position will assist the ETF Operations team with the facilitation of Authorized Participant (“AP”) Agreements, attend fund related meetings, and assist with reporting and metrics.
• What you’ll do:
• Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
• Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders by policies and procedures.

• Facilitate AP Agreements

• Attend meetings with clients and other service providers
• Produce internal and external reporting and metrics
• Disseminate fund corporate action notifications to APs
• Assist with other assigned projects
• To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations, and/or financial client experience
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 license
• Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Trading experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, and/or ETFs
