Job Purpose
- The Service Manager will be part of the global delivery team responsible for overseeing the assigned region’s technical aspects of the e-Store business platform.
- Lead regional L2 and L3 technical teams as the eStore Operations Lead.
- Own the responsibilities and performance outcomes of the eStore Operations team.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the main point of contact for support services.
- Serve as a senior consultant for Regional ITC by providing technical advice and consultation on the eStore platform.
- Clarify and gather regional requirements for eStore maintenance and enhancements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding subsidiary requirements, including:
- Predefined solutions
- Guidelines
- Bug fixes
- Source code modifications within 5 MD
- Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between Subsidiaries/Regional ITC and the maintenance team to:
- Evaluate requests
- Prioritize requests
- Manage escalated requests
- Perform resource allocation and workload assignment based on delivery requirements.
- Develop work plans for deliverables.
- Ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Report delivery status to clients and prepare delivery documentation.
- Provide support to respective countries across different time zones.
- Continuously develop expertise in SAP Hybris products, technologies, and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris products, technologies, and solutions.
- Improve consulting skills, application expertise, and implementation knowledge within the product and industry.
- Supervise team members and assess their day-to-day performance.
- Provide coaching and development to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP Hybris and ticketing tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris.
Experience Requirements
- Experience working with users to define business requirements.
- 10+ years of experience managing operations.
- At least 7+ years of experience in e-Commerce technologies, preferably SAP Hybris.
- Experience in B2B and B2C domains.
- Knowledge and understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices.
