Job description: URGENT HIRING
We are looking for a skilled Estimator with at least 2+ years of UAE experience in fit-out/construction projects. (**Note: The candidate should be ready to join immediately**)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE in the same field
- Ability to read and understand drawings (architectural & MEP)
- Knowledge of materials, market rates, and suppliers in UAE
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications
- Analyze drawings to identify required materials and quantities
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project quotations
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
- Review project requirements and suggest cost-effective solutions
- Track and update material prices and market trends
- Assist in tender submissions and documentation
