Estimator (Pre-Contract)

Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stagesCarry out quantity take-offs and measurement in accordance with industry standardsAssist with feasibility studies and initial budget preparationProduce and manage tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BoQs)Support the tender process, including analysis and evaluation of contractor submissionsProvide value engineering input and cost optimisation adviceLiaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure cost objectives are achievedMaintain and update cost databases and benchmarking dataMonitor market trends, including material and subcontractor pricingRequirements:Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar3 6 years experience within a cost consultancy or quantity surveying roleStrong pre-contract experience across residential, hospitality, and general building projectsExperience in the UAE or wider GCC market is preferredProficiency in estimating tools and advanced Excel skillsGood understanding of procurement methods and standard forms of contractStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience working within a consultancy environment is preferred, but contractor experience accepted.What s on Offer:Opportunity to join a reputable consultancy with a strong pipeline of projectsExposure to landmark developments across DubaiClear career progression and professional development support
