Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Estimator with a Quantity Surveying background and 2–3 years of experience in landscaping and irrigation works.
The role focuses on supporting tender preparation, performing quantity take-offs, and assisting in cost estimation for projects across KSA.
Estimation Support
- Assist in reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs for:
- Softscape (plants, trees, grassing)
- Hardscape (paving, kerbs, concrete works)
- Irrigation systems (pipes, valves, controllers, drip/sprinkler systems)
- Prepare basic cost estimates under supervision (materials, labor, equipment)
- Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Support preparation of BOQs and tender submissions
Commercial & QS Duties
- Assist in tracking quantities and cost during project execution
- Support variation calculations and documentation
- Help in preparing interim valuations and final account data
- Maintain organized records of estimates, BOQs, and quotations
Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for pricing inputs
- Liaise with suppliers for material pricing and technical details
- Ensure all estimates align with project specifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in estimation or QS
- Exposure to landscaping and irrigation projects is required
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of landscaping and irrigation systems
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and follow instructions
